In accordance with the training objectives, the participants:

  • Will understand what negotiation is, and identify steps for proper preparation for negotiations.
  • Will negotiate effectively with different personality types.
  • Will clearly define what the principled negotiation is, and identify four steps of the negotiation process.
  • Will learn techniques and strategies discovering negotiating opportunities for mutual benefits and to shift the negotiations from talks phase towards closure.

Who can participate: Leaders, managers, supervisors and employees of all levels.

Duration:  1 full day - 4 sessions.
