In accordance with the training objectives, the participants:
- Will understand what negotiation is, and identify steps for proper preparation for negotiations.
- Will negotiate effectively with different personality types.
- Will clearly define what the principled negotiation is, and identify four steps of the negotiation process.
- Will learn techniques and strategies discovering negotiating opportunities for mutual benefits and to shift the negotiations from talks phase towards closure.
