In accordance with the training objectives, the participants:

  • Will recognize the importance and the necessity of Human Resource Planning. The factors affecting and the organization types.
  • Will understand the strategic orientation and the connection with HR planning. Forecast demand for HR and techniques used.
  • Will gain knowledge on the skills inventory, the training planning and development.
  • Will gain knowledge on how to planning in case of turnover, promotion and employee substitutions.
