In accordance with the training objectives, the participants:

- Will understand the strategic orientation and the connection with HR planning. Forecast demand for HR and techniques used.
- Will gain knowledge on the skills inventory, the training planning and development.
- Will gain knowledge on how to planning in case of turnover, promotion and employee substitutions.
