In accordance with the training objectives, the participants:
- Will understand what organizational effectiveness is and its importance.
- Will be introduced to the climate and the organizational culture (context, rules and regulations, aims and systems).
- Will understand the elements of organizational health, leadership, communication, motivation etc.
- Will be able to measure the effectiveness and determining the need for change.
