In accordance with the training objectives, the participants:
- Will be acquainted with the importance and power of communication in work and life.
- Will identify ways to establish and build relationships through communication.
- Will learn the usage of words, questions, tone of voice and body language in communication.
- Will understand the problems that came because of poor listening skills.
