In accordance with the training objectives, the participants:

  • Will develop effective strategies for handling conflict.
  • Will learn, to practice and follow a simple model for conflict resolution.
  • Will learn the possible benefits of conflict, when handled properly.
  • Will feel more confident in the treatment (interpersonal and general) conflict situations in the workplace.
  • Will gain knowledge and be aware of the different styles, and levels of conflict results
  • Will recognize the potential benefits and disadvantages of third-party interference.

Who can participate: Leaders, managers, supervisors and employees of all levels.

Duration:  2 full days - 8 sessions.
