In accordance with the training objectives, the participants:

  • Will learn the meaning of change and the need for change.
  • Will discover the dynamics of the process and stages of change and the human response.
  • Will identify the challenges that accompany change for the organization, employees, and managers.
  • Will understand the techniques for exploiting opportunities to promote change and new ideas and solutions.
  • Will generate an action plan to implement and track the change process.

Who can participate: Leaders, managers, supervisors and employees of all levels.

Duration:  1 full day - 4 sessions.
