In accordance with the training objectives, the participants:
- Will learn the meaning of change and the need for change.
- Will discover the dynamics of the process and stages of change and the human response.
- Will identify the challenges that accompany change for the organization, employees, and managers.
- Will understand the techniques for exploiting opportunities to promote change and new ideas and solutions.
- Will generate an action plan to implement and track the change process.
