Mr. Edmond Norra, the founder of ProspecTime Consulting, brings over 20 years of experience in sales and management within the private sector in Albania and Kosovo. Since 2016, as a Business Consultant and Trainer, he has offered professional advice to individuals and businesses in the areas of Business Organization, Human Resources, and Sales. His expertise covers a wide range of topics, including Organizational Structure, Employer-Employee Relations, Compensation and Staff Performance, Sales Organization, Sales and Negotiation Skills, Outcome Orientation, Motivation, Effective Leadership, Management, Analysis, and more.
Mr. Norra holds a degree from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tirana and during his career, has completed numerous specialized trainings in Management and Sales. Recently, he received training on the implementation of ISO 20700:2017 standards in Management Consulting.
Additionally, he is certified by the Gitomer Academy (USA) as a Gitomer Certified Advisor (GCA) in Personal and Professional Development and Sales.
