Mrs. Ermelinda Ruka is Development Consultant&Trainer and it has a long experience in organizational development in NGO's. She is responsible for counseling and organizational consulting, project proposal writing, training on human resource management and organizationaldevelopment. Her long experience in this field as well as her deep studies have increased her interest to provide expertise in ProspecTime Consulting.

Mrs. Ruka has finished the faculty of foreign languages in the University of Tirana, English Branch. Later she graduated from Regent University, Virginia School of Business and Leadership, and got her Master degree on Organization Developmet, dhe is a certified OD Consultant.
