In accordance with the training objectives, the participants:

  • Will learn about the process of employee selection as a management tool.
  • Will understand the need for recruitment, recruitment sources, testing and types of testing for candidates.
  • Will become familiar with the interview, with the interview types and avoidance of errors in an interview.
  • Will learn about making the decision for acceptance and entry program.
  • Will learn about planning in case of turnover, promotion, replacement.

Who can participate: Leaders, managers, supervisors and employees of all levels.

Duration:  1 full day - 4 sessions
